Terms of Use

Communication data and legal requirements

By using chat and audio/video call features, the user understands that BlaTube may store chat messages, audio and video call data, call recordings, technical room and call events, room identifiers, event timestamps, participant roles and access data needed for service operation and safety.

This storage may be used to perform the agreement, ensure safety, investigate technical incidents, resolve disputes, audit access and comply with applicable Russian law, including Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection” and applicable secondary acts, if those requirements apply to the service.

Retention periods are determined by BlaTube policy and applicable legal requirements. Access to the data is restricted by internal procedures, granted only to authorized persons with a valid basis, and logged.

Channel addresses

A registered user may claim an available BlaTube address for their channel. The address is provided for use within the service and does not become the user's property, trademark, or other exclusive right.

Some addresses are reserved for BlaTube, technical pages, staff, support, and service-wide functions. Technical availability of an address does not create an unconditional right to keep it.

BlaTube may reject an address, restrict its use, rename a channel, revoke the address, or reassign it if the address imitates BlaTube, its domains, administration, staff, or official sections; infringes third-party rights; misleads users; is used for abuse; or is required for technical, legal, or organizational reasons. These grounds and the list of reserved identifiers are not exhaustive.

Where reasonably possible, BlaTube will notify the channel owner and may offer the opportunity to select another available address, except when immediate restriction is required for security, legal compliance, or protection of third-party rights.

Channel members and social features

Channels are available only to registered users. The owner assigns roles, and the owner and moderators may invite, remove, mute and ban members within their permissions. Membership history may remain after leaving or removal for channel management and safety.

A friend request or addressed channel invitation grants no access until the recipient accepts it. Users must not use requests, invitations or repeated registration to bypass a rejection, block or channel ban. The friends feature does not itself provide private messaging.
